About Me
The Practitioner of Skin Science
Hello, I’m Sarah.
Welcome to Grace Skin Clinic & Spa.
For over 33 years I’ve dedicated my career to helping people feel healthier, happier and more confident. My journey has taken me through healthcare, dental nursing, advanced skin therapy, nutrition, phlebotomy, education and holistic wellness, and every step has shaped the way I care for my clients today.
I believe beautiful skin is rarely just about the products we use.
Our skin reflects so much of what is happening beneath the surface. Stress, hormones, menopause, nutrition, inflammation, sleep, the gut and the nervous system all have the ability to influence how our skin looks, feels and heals. Rather than simply treating symptoms, I believe in understanding the whole person.
I have a particular passion for helping women experiencing stress, burnout, menopause, rosacea, sensitive skin, inflammation and the effects that modern life can have on both the body and mind. As someone who understands how overwhelming life can become, I wanted Grace to feel different from a traditional clinic.
Grace is a calm, quiet and welcoming space where you never have to rush, pretend or feel judged. Every treatment is delivered with kindness, professionalism and respect, allowing you the time and space to simply breathe.
Whether you’re visiting for advanced skin treatments, nutrition support, reflexology, Reiki or simply an hour of self-care, my hope is that you leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.
Because healing doesn’t begin with perfect skin.
It begins the moment you feel safe.
